|
CT resident or equivalent license in any other state. CT resident Producers are exempt from licensure.

Application, fee and documentation required based on a "yes" answer to a question. Nonresidents must provide evidence of equivalent license in any other state and Power of Atty form. If individual maintains office in CT, they are considered "resident".

|
If employer is licensed in this capacity, individuals require written designation by an owner, partner, officer or director of the firm. An individual license is not required.
