Applicable to: Active licensees. Description: License to continue to act in the capacity of a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser. Statute: CGS 38a-790 Transaction Type: Renewal Duration: Biennial. License expires June 30 of odd-numbered years.

Prerequisites: Inspection/Review. At least one owner, partner, officer or director must hold an equivalent license in CT. Required Documentation: Renewal offering and fee must be returned to the Insurance Dept by June 30 of odd-numbered years. Other Information: Applications, Forms & Other: Renewal forms are not available online. If you did not receive a renewal form, replacement renewal forms will be available one month prior to license expiration date.
