Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalency; approved education/training in hearing aid fitting and dispensing; International Licensing Examination for Hearing Instrument Dispensers; Connecticut state laws/regulations examination, Connecticut Practical examination
Required Documentation: Individual review of credentials by agency staff to determine if statutory requirements have been met
